Whether you think you may have picked up a virus, or your
PC has starting running inexplicably slow, or you are just
having problems getting online or just need some good old
fashioned unbiased advice - give us a call.
We will come to you at your convenience at a time to suit
you. Most repairs are carried out on-site, but if it is necessary
to repair your equipment offsite at our workshop, you will
be informed beforehand, and in most cases, your equipment
returned the following working day.
Recently remote repair has become a viable and cheap way of
getting things fixed. Its good for both the customer and for us
as our costs are reduced which we pass the savings on to you.
Normally we offer this service only to our established customers
but happy to help out first time customers too. However, we may
elect to take a card number beforehand as a form of security.
Please speak to us in the first instance about whether a remote
repair is viable.
