Step One
Make sure you are connected to the internet (Cable or Broadband)
Step Two
Call Logicworks on 0870 063 8470 between 09.30 and 17.30
GMT and ask to speak to one of our engineers.
Step Three
An engineer will ask you what problems you are experiencing
and will then evaluate whether a remote repair is possible
Step Four
Our engineer will either email you a special link to click
on or click on the Launch Remote Connection link above, which
will allow a secure remote connection between you and the
Logicworks engineer.
The engineer (with your permission) will then connect directly
to your computer and will spend a short amount of time looking
at your system set up.
Step Five
After this initial evaluation, the engineer will inform you
if he or she can repair your system. YOU WILL THEN AND ONLY
THEN BE ASKED FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. So please have
your card to hand. Your details will NOT be processed until
repair is complete and you are satisfied that the engineer
has made an effective repair.

Step Six
Once finished, we will disconnect from your PC which will
automatically unload the client connection from your PC avoiding
un-necessary files on your system.
NOTES:
This is a very busy service and at times all of our engineers
will be busy with other clients. In some cases you will be
asked to leave your contact number, so an engineer can call
you when he or she is free.
If normal office hours are not convenient to you, we can
arrange a time outside of normal office hours that suit you.

to arrange a suitable time. Please note that an extra £10.00
per incident will be levied to cover our staff costs.
* an incident is defined as a single request
in remote help. Each incident is limited to a maximum of one
hour remote and telephone support. If any additional remote
time is needed in rectifying a fault, your support representative
will inform you in advance. Extra support time is charged
at £30.00 per hour in 15 minute intervals. i.e. if total
support time required is 1 hour and 23 minutes your total
charge would be £45.00
** we can set up wireless network security remotely.
Because of the nature of doing this may involve a reboot of
your wireless router and also your pc, you will have to reconnect
to our service again to allow us to finish the setup. An advisor
will guide you through the necessary steps involved. The £30.00
incident call includes setting up your router remotely and
configuring a single pc. Additional pc's and notebooks that
require connection are charged at £5.00 per machine
